Business Summary

Bloom U.S. Income & Growth Fund (the Fund) is a closed-end investment trust. The Fund's investment objectives are to provide unitholders with exposure to an actively managed portfolio consisting primarily of publicly traded high dividend paying United States common equity securities, including real estate investment trusts (REITs), stable monthly cash distributions, and the opportunity for capital appreciation. The Fund has a distribution reinvestment plan allowing Class A unitholders to automatically reinvest their monthly distributions in additional Class A units of the Fund. The Fund's portfolio includes investments in various sectors, such as industrial, real estate, consumer discretionary, financial services, information technology, materials, healthcare, telecommunication services and cash. Bloom Investment Counsel, Inc. is the manager of the Fund and it manages the Fund's portfolio.
